There is no Chablis grape.  Chablis is a growing region inside the Burgundy growing region of France and a true Chablis wine is a Chardonnay which MUST come from Chablis, France....</description>

		<description>Good question Dan. You spit the wine out so that you don't become drunk as you are taste testing the wine. As you can imagine, trying several wines in a row can get you drunk and therefore you sense of judgment becomes impaired ... :)
